We have a buyer but the guy is dragging his heels. He wants to “see” the pipes to the septic tank. I told him all inspections are paid for by him as per his offer. The Cost is $300 at least. So I told him we close on or before Nov. 5th or we start over. Keep us in your prayers.

Well the Man from Ashtabula Septic arrived and did his thing.

He and Popo cleaned out the hole and put in the riser. Too high you say? We do not care. They wanted a riser, they got a riser.

It never ends!! Now we must dig up the septic tank at Dad's, put on a riser, and have the tank checked. I sure hope and pray it passes! Cost?$500.00

Well, it gives me something to whimper about, like we went to the beach yesterday with out a camera. Sigh.
